In the current times too, India is deeply committed and involved with the development work in Afghanistan.
During IFFI, the producer of the Afghan film made after decades ‘A Man’s Desire for a Fifth Wife’, Mr. Murad Hamidi along with the director of the film, Sediq Abedi and actress Ms. Takhmina Radzhabova called on the Governor of Goa, Shri. B.V. Wanchoo who appreciated their brave efforts.
The Governor hailed the age old relations between the two countries and said there is great scope for expanding relations especially in the field of art and culture.
The Afghanistan film delegation to IFFI has been greatly motivated and inspired by the appreciation and response they have received by one and all during IFFI in Goa.
